Role: BackWaiter Overview The Back Waiter supports the front-of-house team in delivering a smooth, high-quality dining experience. This role focuses on maintaining clean, organized service areas and assisting with table service to ensure guests are taken care of efficiently and professionally. What You’ll Do Set up and maintain dining room, tables, and service stations Polish and stock glassware, silverware, and plates Clear, reset, and maintain tables throughout service Deliver food and beverages quickly and accurately Assist with water service and guest needs Maintain cleanliness across the dining room during service Support servers and team members as needed Follow all health and safety standards What We’re Looking For Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized Strong attention to detail and team mindset Friendly, professional approach to guest service Requirements Valid Food Handler Certification Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Comfortable with repetitive movement (bending, lifting, twisting) More detail about Manuela part of Artfarm, please visit
