Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Pediatric Anesthesiologist to become a part of our dedicated team within the Department of Anesthesiology. We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic about working in a collaborative, faith-oriented atmosphere.The pediatric anesthesiology division caters to around 11,000 children across various clinical environments, including operating rooms in children's hospitals, interventional cardiology and radiology, MRI, CT scans, radiation oncology, and a gastrointestinal suite. Our pediatric cardiac anesthesia team handles over 200 intricate cardiac procedures annually, including heart transplants. Faculty members may also qualify for federal student loan forgiveness programs.Compensation & BenefitsThe anticipated total annual compensation ranges from $462,000 to $562,000.The listed compensation range pertains solely to the starting base salary and is subject to adjustment based on experience and faculty rank, with a range of $403,000 to $461,000. This figure does not encompass variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is subject to the specific compensation plans of the department.
