Sr. Geotechnical Engineer
For over 50 years, STRATA is a leader and trusted partner for geotechnical engineering, construction materials and testing, and special inspection projects within the inter-mountain west.Our Boise office is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer.Our Senior Geotechnical Engineer assures the Engineering Program executes and delivers excellent products.Reviews technical analyses and deliverables to provide sound recommendations for compliance with Company standards and with industry standards of care.This role includes mentoring Staff Engineers and Project Engineers to create learning opportunities, cross-training, and diversity of skill sets. (The role does not have direct reports.)Support long-term client relationships and identify opportunities to expand STRATA's market share.Support Engineering Project Managers in building scope, schedule, and budget to ensure the support and endorsement of the technical group during execution.Professional Qualification Requirements:· Experience reviewing analyses, recommendations, and report deliverables.. Experience with a variety of geotechnical analysis and production software (gINT, L-pile, Slide).. Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering with Geotechnical Engineering emphasis.· Designation as a Professional Engineer (P.E.)
