DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONSNoorda-COM | Provo, UT Noorda College of Osteopathic Medicine is seeking to hire a strategic and hands-on Director of Admissions to lead and manage all aspects of admissions operations, recruitment initiatives, and enrollment processes. This role ensures a seamless, student-centered admissions experience while supporting institutional goals and mission.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day admissions operations, ensuring compliance with policies, accreditation standards, and best practicesOversee application review, interview coordination, and admissions decision processes as a key Admissions Committee memberManage and develop a high-performing admissions team; set performance expectations and ensure exceptional service deliveryExecute recruitment strategies, including local, regional, and national travel for events, fairs, and outreachCollaborate cross-functionally to streamline admissions, enrollment, and matriculation processesMonitor admissions data, generate reports, and provide insights on trends, yield, and performance metricsSupport budget planning, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelinesMaintain strong relationships with pre-health advisors and stakeholdersQualificationsEducation & ExperienceMaster’s degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Business, or related field5+ years of progressive admissions experience; 3+ years in a supervisory roleMedical/health professions admissions experience preferredStrong knowledge of CRM systems, admissions processes, and data reporting toolsSkills & AttributesStrong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilitiesHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentData-driven, detail-oriented, and solutions-focusedPassion for medical education and student successAdditional RequirementsCommitment to ethical, holistic admissions practices and a student-centered approachSCHEDULE & LOCATIONOn-site, in office in Provo, UT Mon-Fri regular schedule with ability to travel regularly and work occasionally in the evening and on the weekendSalary & BenefitsCompetitive salary range commensurate with experience and educationGenerous benefits package with many choices and options:Health Insurance Plans (various options)Health Savings Account Flexible Spending Account Dental & Vision PlansShort-Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance401(k) MatchingBasic Life & Supplemental Life InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Other Employee PerksWHY JOIN USJoin a mission-driven institution committed to innovative education, clinical excellence, and scholarly growth, where you’ll help shape the next generation of physicians in a supportive, collaborative academic environment.
