Crew Leader

We are seeking hardworking and dedicated painters to add to our team. The ideal candidates will possess experience using common painting tools, such as a roller, brush, and/or sprayer. You will be expected to be in charge of a team of painters, and paint alongside them to complete jobs while meeting deadlines. Responsibilities: Lead a crew of up to 4 painters Problem Solve Work with a team to estimate time and resources needed for the job as well as any potential issues. Use a variety of tools and materials to complete any job and reconcile any special requests from clients. Use creativity to come up with new ideas. Communicate with team members using verbal and non-verbal language. Maintain equipment and tools in good working order. Meet deadlines in a timely manner. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
