Production Machine Operator

Machine Operator 2nd shift available Overview: We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of film making machinery to ensure efficient production processes. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Duties: Operate and monitor films machines during production runs Set up machines according to specifications Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance Inspect finished products for quality assurance Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area Requirements: Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting preferred Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions Forklift experience is a plus Ability to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures We offer competitive pay and benefits packages, including medical insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
