Front Desk Fitness Studio

Overview: Sculpt Body Studio is a pioneering fitness boutique, offering the first full infrared studio of its kind. Located in the heart of Dallas, our studio features state-of-the-art infrared gym equipment designed to target your body from the inside out, providing comprehensive health and wellness benefits. We are seeking two part-time Front Desk Associates with experience in fitness or customer service. Ideal candidates will be motivated, self-starters with exceptional knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok. Strong time management skills and weekend availability are required. As a small but growing team, we are excited to expand and welcome new members to the Sculpt Body team! Duties: Opening/ closing duties. Sales. (memberships/packages/merch) Confident with trouleshooting if needed. Fitness/ Customer service background Must be able to work weekends Learning the Equipment and understanding the health benefits. Greet guests and respond to inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. Manage front desk operations, including answering emails, handling mail and packages. Provide personal assistance to guests, inlcuding assisting walk-ins, bookings, cancellations. Maintain a clean and organized studio/ front desk area. Demonstrate strong time management skills to ensure efficient and timely service to our guests. Perform tasks as needed, such as generating sales, answering questions, and providing information to guests, social media. (etc) Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Prior experience as a front desk agent or in the fitness industry. - Strong Social media skill.
