This is an opportunity to work alongside one of the nation's most distinguished physicians in the theranostics field.About the RoleWe're looking for a Clinical Research Coordinator to join our new outpatient theranostics clinic in Glen Burnie. This is a dual-focus role: you'll lead all aspects of research coordination while also serving as a dependable backup to our Patient Care Coordinator.You'll be part of a tight-knit team — a physician, a chief nuclear medicine technologist, and a patient care coordinator — where everyone contributes and every role is valued. You won't just join a team; you'll help shape how we work together from day one.What You'll DoClinical ResearchCoordinate all clinical trial activities from screening through closeoutObtain informed consent and ensure patients understand study protocols and expectationsWork with sponsors and CROs to meet site expectations and timelinesMaintain accurate research documentation, including source documents and regulatory submissionsPrepare and submit IRB applications, amendments, and regulatory reportsPerform or assist with vitals, ECGs, blood draws, and sample processingEnsure compliance with GCP, FDA regulations, IRB requirements, and Delegation of Authority logsSupport patient recruitment, engagement, and retentionMonitor patient safety and report adverse events promptlyMaintain study logs, track deviations, and support audit readinessClinic OperationsGreet patients and visitors, answer calls, and provide a warm, professional experienceSupport front desk operations including intake, scheduling, copay collection, and follow-up instructionsAct as a backup to our Patient Care Coordinator when neededHelp manage inventory, shipping, and general clinic operationsPitch in wherever needed — flexibility and a team-first mindset are essentialWhat You'll NeedBachelor's degree in a health-related field preferred; equivalent experience will be consideredAt least 5 years of clinical research coordination experience in a healthcare or outpatient settingWorking knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and IRB processesStrong organizational and communication skillsCCRC or CCRP certification preferred, or willingness to obtainPhlebotomy experience or willingness to be trainedProficiency in EMR systems, data entry platforms, and Microsoft OfficeWhat Will Make You Great at This JobYou have prior clinical setting experience and can hit the ground runningYou're calm under pressure and adapt quickly when plans changeYou don't hesitate to jump in and help, whether answering phones or creating precise source documentationYou care about getting the details right, especially around regulatory complianceYou're dependable, flexible, and proactiveYou communicate clearly and respectfully, even in fast-paced situationsYou thrive in a small team environment and understand that success is a group effortWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experience, plus medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays.Why This Role Stands OutThis position offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge theranostics therapies at a clinic where precision cancer care meets genuine compassion.
