Responsibilities: -10+ years of Experience in Java based Application Development and MaintenanceSelf-starter, Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Customer Expectation ManagementProven experience as Onsite Manager and should have worked with Offshore TeamTeam Player and able to connect with stakeholders within Onsite/Offshore and Team in MexicoThorough understanding of SDLC and QA Process, Metrics and Project Planning MethodologiesAs and when needed should be able to understand complex codebases, able to apply software and systems engineering principlesShould have understanding in Java Technology stack, Microservices based Architecture, Springboot, Hibernate, JPA, Jenkin, Junit and Mockito, AWS and AWS ecosystem of S3 Bucket, EC2 instances.
