This range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience and time in the role.SummaryThis role is responsible for leading and supporting lending-related projects while providing hands-on administration, configuration, and optimization of lending operating systems. The individual will ensure solutions and initiatives are assessed, designed, developed, tested, and implemented in alignment with business needs, technology standards, regulatory requirements, and member experience goals.This position combines project leadership, systems analysis, and cross-functional coordination, serving as a key liaison between lending business teams, IT partners, and external vendors.Role And ResponsibilitiesResearch, troubleshoot, and respond to user inquiries and system issues through direct system administration and/or collaboration with vendors, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to vendor service level standards.Oversee and maintain lending system configuration, including documented rule logic and system behavior.Lead and manage departmental lending projects, including system enhancements and upgrades, ensuring scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies are actively managed.Develop, execute and perform test plans and quality assurance activities for system updates, regulatory changes, and new functionality to ensure changes meet business, regulatory, and compliance requirements.Work closely with IT, internal business partners, and external vendors to coordinate system updates, integrations, and process changes while translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements.Effectively communicate project status, risks, and decisions to management and stakeholders, and facilitate project, vendor, and business partner meetings.Ensure lending systems remain compliant with regulatory, policy, and state-specific requirements.Qualifications And Education RequirementsUndergraduate degree preferred.Minimum of 3+ years of experience supporting lending systems and managing projects.Strong understanding of lending workflows, regulatory requirements, and loan origination systems, with experience translating business requirements into effective system solutions.Experience with system logic, testing, and configuration required.Familiarity with SQL, C#, VB, or similar programming languages is beneficial but not required.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process design skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with management, internal teams, vendors, and external partners, both independently and in team environments.Demonstrated ability to escalate issues appropriately and utilize resources effectively.Perform other duties as necessary to support the goals and objectives of the department and BCU.BCU Shared ValuesWe foster an environment of INCLUSION.
