This role offers leadership opportunities, exposure to diverse industries, and a collaborative work environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead audits, reviews, and compilations across various industriesIndustries include: Manufacturing & Distribution, Real Estate, High-Net-Worth Individuals, Agriculture, Construction, Retail, & Non-ProfitPrepare GAAP financial statements and disclosuresSupervise and mentor audit staffProvide technical support and ensure compliance with GAAP/GAASBuild strong client relationships and support business developmentParticipate in internal training and occasional travelQualifications:CPA license and Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting5–7 years of public accounting audit experienceStrong GAAP/GAAS knowledge and technical skillsExperience with private companies, nonprofits, and benefit plansProficiency in Microsoft Office; CCH Suite a plusExcellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skillsPerks:100% Medical, dental and vision (Manager level and up 100% plus 1 dependent)401k not matchingProfit sharing up to 3% (need to be employed for 2 years)PTO – 4 to 5 weeksCafeteria PlanFormal training programs and international exchange opportunities
