What You’ll Do As the RN ADON, you will play a vital leadership role by: Supporting the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical operations and ensuring the highest standards of care. Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of dedicated nurses and CNAs. Partnering with leadership to implement innovative practices that improve resident outcomes and enhance quality of life. Driving compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a culture of compassion, respect, and clinical excellence. What You Bring A current and valid Texas RN license (or Compact Party State RN license) is required.  At least 2 years of long-term care or skilled nursing leadership experience is required.  Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a passion for mentoring others.
