Maintenance Crew Member

Job Title To assist the Foreman in any way possible to ensure a quality job is completed within budgeted hours. To learn everything required for promotion to Foreman. Arrive to work on time, every day. Follow instructions given by your Foreman; be productive and consistent in all job duties that you are assigned. Follow GreenScapes policies and procedures set forth in the Employee Handbook and always uphold the positive image of GreenScapes. Perform proper mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and spring/fall clean ups. Load/unload trucks/trailers. Be proficient in the use of basic power equipment: hedge trimmers, mowers, and leaf blowers. Be proficient in the use of basic hand tools: leaf rake, broom, hoe, shovel, cultivator, hand pruners, and hedge shears. Perform snow removal services when needed.Qualifications and Education Requirements: Previous landscape/maintenance experience required. Ability to use basic hand tools, and ability to operate commercial grade lawn care power tools. Ability to operate mowers stand up, sit down, walk behind, push mowers, etc. Valid Drivers License is preferred.Discussion of pay or bonuses with other employees is strictly prohibited and may result in termination.
