We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Driver interested in working as needed to assist with high demands of transportation needs for our residents.As a Driver, you will enrich lives each day by transporting active, dynamic residents to appointments, shopping trips, lunches, and other outings in our van or bus. Your courteous and good-natured personality will add an extra aspect of enjoyment to resident excursions, giving you the daily opportunity to be a positive presence in the lives of residents.The Ideal Candidate WillHave a commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends and givers Possess a high school diploma or equivalent MUST be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license, and be able to provide an annual MVR driving record with favorable results Enjoy working with seniors, being part of a Life Enrichment team, and promoting a full, energetic lifestyle Be able to read, write, and speak English Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitorsBe able to pass a background check and drug screening BenefitsTouchmark is dedicated to providing the best for our residents, and it all begins with providing the best for our employees.
