This is a highly hands-on role. You'll work closely with engineering and design to ship fast, iterate on AI outputs, and continuously improve the user experience.What You'll Do Own and improve core AI features like Askfred, daily digest and meeting summariesBuild and iterate on AI apps/use-cases on top of Fireflies dataDrive prompt engineering efforts to improve output quality and reliabilityWork closely with engineering and design to ship fast and iterate based on feedbackDefine and track key product metrics (usage, engagement, output quality)Continuously experiment, test, and improve AI experiencesWhat We're Looking For 2–4 years of experience in a high growth startup.
