This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, staying active, and being part of a fast-paced production environment. Associates will assist with moving and stacking product while maintaining safety and productivity standards.Mon-Fri7am-4pm with overtime as needed$18.00-$19.00hrKey Responsibilities:Repetitively lift up to 54 lbs throughout the shiftTransfer filled buckets from the pump area to palletsStack buckets of coating three high on palletsRepeat the process until pallets are full and ready for shipmentPrepare completed pallets to be moved to the shipping areaMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentFollow all company safety procedures and production guidelinesAssist with other general production duties as assignedQualifications:Ability to repetitively lift up to 54 lbs requiredPrevious production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferredAbility to stand, bend, lift, and work in a physically demanding roleStrong attention to safety and teamworkReliable attendance and punctuality requiredAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentAbout Star Staffing:A women-powered workforce solutions and staffing company serving Northern California with offices in Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Napa, Fairfield, Sacramento, Lodi, Hayward, Stockton, and Manteca.
