This opportunity is dependent on contract win. It is one year with four option years (up to five years). ResponsibilitiesReview lesson plan outlines and lesson plans.Facilitate a distance learning environment that will not exceed a facilitator to student ratio of 1:32Provide expert instructional delivery in a resident environmentFacilitate a resident environment that will not exceed a facilitator to student ratio of 1:8Facilitate performance oriented, outcomes based, educational lesson plan outlines, lesson plans, Practical Exercise (PE), and assessments that are progressive and sequential, adhering to environmental and risk assessment requirements, and educates students in accordance with Army and TRADOC doctrineEvaluate comprehensive assessments, rubrics, and Form 1009 series measurement devices for prepared course materialMake recommendations regarding the development and application of action, conditions and standards utilized in education.Total average hours of training development based on TRADOC Pamphlet 350-70-11 Descriptions of Work (DOW), in accordance with the projected needsFacilitate the MLC through the Blackboard Learning Management SystemCommunicate with students during the initial in processing, prerequisites, and all writing assignmentsMake recommendations regarding the development and application of action, conditions and standards utilized in educationCollaborate and communicate effectively with Government while representing QAAPreferred Knowledge and ExperienceHave obtained the rank of Master Sergeant (E8) or service equivalentHave the 80 hour Common Faculty Development-Instructor Course (CFD-IC) certification or have the ability to obtain certification within 6 months of employmentPossess online qualifications that include Blackboard Basics, Instructor Writing Course (IWC) and any other courses determined within their Performance of Work statement (i.e., OPSEC Training, AT Level I Training, iWATCH Training, DoD Cyber Awareness Challenge Training)Equal Opportunity Employer: QAA will consider all qualified applicants’ employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by law.
