Join Ecore as our Plant Manager in Lockport, NY, where you'll have full operational ownership of a dynamic manufacturing facility and the opportunity to shape the future of our production operations.Easy-As Plant Manager, you'll oversee complete facility operations managing 40-50 employees with direct reports across two shifts. This isn't just about maintaining the status quo – you'll be the driving force behind operational excellence, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and developing the next generation of manufacturing leaders.What You'll DoOwn and oversee all plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, safety, and cost control Lead daily production activities such as stand‑up meetings, Gemba walks, and continuous improvement reviews Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve efficiency Partner with supply chain and transportation teams to optimize material flow and delivery performance Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements Manage site budgets covering labor, maintenance, capital expenditures, and cost improvements What You BringBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment 7+ years of proven leadership experience managing teams and supervisors Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies Ability to read, analyze, and manage financial statements, P&Ls, and budgets Proficiency with computer systems, including MS Office and MRP systems Able to travel up to 15% of the time Ready to Lead?
