🚨 Hiring: Sr. Systems Engineer (Japanese Bilingual) 🚨📍 Houston, TX (hybrid base) 💰 $140K–150K + Comprehensive Benefits ❌ No Visa Sponsorship AvailableA leading Japanese-affiliated IT & digital solutions company is seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer to lead enterprise infrastructure, cloud transformation, and IT modernization initiatives for corporate clients across North America.This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on infrastructure expertise combined with project management and client-facing experience in enterprise IT environments.🔹 Key Responsibilities • Lead enterprise infrastructure and cloud migration projects, including Azure-based environments • Manage and support Microsoft 365 / Entra ID / Intune environments • Oversee security-related implementations such as:SASESD-WANMFAEDR / MDREndpoint security solutions• Support M&A-related IT infrastructure integration projects• Manage enterprise server environments including:Windows ServerActive DirectoryDNS / DHCPFile & Print ServersRadius / Monitoring Servers • Perform system assessments, troubleshooting, compliance reviews, and security audits• Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery • Handle project planning, budgeting, scheduling, reporting, and resource management • Support data center, colocation, cloud, and backup/DR operations🔹 Qualifications • 7–10+ years of Systems Engineering experience • Strong Project Management experience in enterprise IT environments • Solid experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure • Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration and enterprise security systems • Strong communication, documentation, and client-facing skills • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Japanese bilingual skills strongly preferredThis is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy both technical leadership and customer-facing infrastructure consulting in a global business environment.📩 If interested, please DM me directly.
