Information Technology Tech SupportDescription:The Information Technology Tech Support works with like-minded peers to ensure smooth operation and timely responses within the IT department that will assist each guest in having an outstanding experience while reinforcing our company standards. Each act of kindness, even the smallest positive action will ripple outward to affect others and our communities.Responsibilities:The Information Technology Tech Support is responsible for guiding teammates through all system administration, installing and troubleshooting all computer systems and programs, as well as reviewing and identifying new systems and programs to ensure effective and efficient systems for ModWash and Hutton Development.Qualifications:1+ years of experience in a similar roleKnowledge of proficiencies with Microsoft Office 365Knowledge of software and hardware components, and demonstrated capability with installationKnowledge of system software installation processes and troubleshootingExperience troubleshooting networking and Wi-Fi ConnectivityKnowledgeable and current with a wide range of software and hardware components, Windows 10 or 11, Laptop computers and peripherals.Good verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task while remaining organized under deadlinesIntent to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentialityPosition Requirements:Assist Director of Information Technology with internal processes and procedures, as well as special projects for the departmentKnowledge of system installations and configurations of hardware and software componentsRepair or replace damaged hardwareAbility to upgrade systems to enable compatible softwareInstall and upgrade patches as neededReview, test, and evaluate new technology for company advancementProvide feedback on company selected software, hardware issuesTroubleshooting hardware and software issues, as well as provide efficient resolutionExperience troubleshooting network and Wi-Fi ConnectivitySet up new employee system accounts and issue propertyRetrieve property from separated employees and properly clear data, and store for future useAssist employees with internal workstation movements, ensuring operational setup and connectivityPerform other related duties as assignedPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk may be requiredAbility to lift 30 pounds if neededWho you are:Confident: I project a professional image and positive energy.
