This new position will help ensure that all employees are trained and qualified to perform the essential duties of their roles. The Training Program Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a variety of training programs to ensure employees are fully prepared to perform the essential functions of their roles. This includes overseeing new hire onboarding, monitoring training progress during the first 90 days, and managing ongoing training programs for existing employees.This role requires strong planning, organization, and project management skills, along with a genuine commitment to employee development and success.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:New Hire OnboardingServe as the primary point of contact and "face" of the New Hire Onboarding experiencePlan, coordinate, and execute a seamless, end-to-end onboarding programMonitor and document new hire progress during the training period, providing feedback and coaching as neededEnsure new hires are prepared to meet performance expectations within their first 90 daysTraining Program ManagementAdminister and maintain site-wide training programsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to schedule, deliver, and track training activitiesMaintain and communicate a comprehensive site training calendar, including onboarding sessionsEnsure timely collection, completion, and documentation of all training recordsPerformance Tracking & Continuous ImprovementDevelop, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for training effectivenessCollect and analyze trainee feedback to identify improvement opportunitiesRecommend and implement enhancements to training programs and delivery methodsCompliance & QualityEnsure all training activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirementsPromote adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)Reinforce a culture of integrity, safety, and ethical behavior during all training activitiesEnsure safety practices are followed during live training sessionsCommunication & EngagementDevelop and deliver clear, consistent communication regarding training requirements and schedulesHold trainees accountable for participation, performance expectations, and values-aligned behaviorsFoster a positive and engaging learning environmentEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Business, Education, Chemistry, Human Resources or a related fieldMinimum of two (2) years related experience in production, manufacturing, and/or human resourcesAdvanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointOther Skills and Abilities:Strong organizational, planning, and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPassion for employee development and learningExperience in a regulated environment (e.g., pharmaceutical, biotech, or manufacturing) preferredNote: This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.Other QualificationsMust pass a background checkMust pass a drug screenMay be required to pass Occupational Health ScreeningEducation, experience, location and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.We do not accept unsolicited assistance from any headhunters or recruitment firms for any of our job openings.
