Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles. Experience with Redux. Familiarity with EcmaScript 6. Familiarity with mash-up style user interfaces using BI (Tableau) and Workflow (Pega) services, is a plus. Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js). Familiarity with RESTful APIs Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, particularly JSON Web Token. Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. Familiarity with code versioning tools, GIT is a plus.Responsibility Developing user-facing features using Node.js and React.js. Identifying the root cause of defects and creating solutions. Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. Writing unit and integration tests. Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code. Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers. Deploying code to staging/production.
