Job Description:
The Parts Administrator is responsible for tracking inventory, purchasing parts, and communicating with customers on items needed for maintenance and repair work orders/projects. The major roles and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Daily use of Excel and other internal systems to monitor and prioritize flow of tracking parts
Utilizing the Web to search for items needed/requested
Tracking of shipments using UPS, Fed Ex, and other carriers
Heavy emial monitoring and communications for updates on tasks
Substantial phone usage for communications with customers/client stores that a part has bene delivered onsite.
The individual in this role will also provide support & admin functions including but not limited to:
Working with our internal team on various paperwork (work orders, etc.)
Reporting: Google Docs, Excel Sheets and other systems
High Volume calling and data management
Additional responsibilities as needed.
