They will support software development initiatives in critical environments. They will be responsible to deliver secure, resilient software capabilities aligned with national security and cyberspace mission objectives across the full software development lifecycle. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, integrate, and deploy secure software solutions supporting national security missions Implement DevSecOps pipelines, CI/CD processes, and automated testing in classified environments Conduct secure code reviews, vulnerability assessments, threat modeling, and remediationTranslate mission and operational requirements into secure technical solutions and prototypesEnsure software compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies, ATO requirements, and supply‑chain risk mitigationCollaborate with cross‑functional engineering, cybersecurity, and mission stakeholder Must haves TS/SCI with CI Poly Bachelor's Degree Sec+ or CEH or CISSP (8140 compliance) Experience developing secure applications in classified or regulated environments Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, C++, Python) Strong understanding of secure coding, cybersecurity principles, and vulnerability assessment Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) in secure contexts Software Developer IV – Development Team Lead (7–15 Years) Compensation $200,000 to $225,000 per year annual salary.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.
