Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling complex electronic and mechanical components, ensuring each product meets quality standards and specifications. Your expertise in electronics assembly, electrical wiring, and schematic reading will be vital to delivering high-quality finished products efficiently. Responsibilities
Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Use hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and surface mount technology (SMT) techniques to accurately build assemblies.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprint specifications to ensure correct assembly procedures.
Build electrical panels, wire electrical components, and perform electro-mechanical assembly tasks with precision.
Conduct troubleshooting of assemblies using engineering troubleshooting techniques and testing tools such as ohmmeters.
Follow IPC 610 standards for electronic component assembly, ensuring quality control throughout the manufacturing process.
Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve assembly issues and improve manufacturing workflows.
Experience
Proven experience in electronics assembly, including PCB (Printed Circuit Board) soldering and surface mount technology (SMT).
Familiarity with electrical schematic reading and interpretation is essential.
Hands-on experience with electrical wiring, electrical blueprint reading, and electrical panel building.
Knowledge of mechanical assembly processes and machining is advantageous.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, soldering irons, and testing equipment confidently.
Prior experience with electro-mechanical components and IPC 610 standards is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting skills with engineering support experience are a plus.
