Job Description About the RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on HR Manager to help bring structure, consistency, and scalability to our HR function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building and improving processes, supporting onboarding, and partnering with leadership to create a strong employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and improve HR processes, policies, and proceduresLead and enhance onboarding programs to ensure a smooth and engaging new hire experiencePartner with leadership on day-to-day HR operations and employee relationsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsSupport performance management processes and employee development initiativesHelp standardize workflows across HR functions (recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, etc.)Maintain and optimize HR systems and documentationQualifications5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced or growing organizationProven experience building or improving HR processes and proceduresStrong knowledge of onboarding best practices and employee lifecycle managementSolid understanding of HR compliance and employment lawsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to operate both strategically and tacticallyBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)Company DescriptionHeadfarmer is a premier Consulting & Recruiting firm specializing in the placement of the upper echelon of Finance, IT, and Human Resource talent in the greater Phoenix area.
