Russell Tobin's client is hiring a Records Management & Administrative Support Specialist in Charlotte, NCEmployment Type: ContractLocation: Hybrid - Charlotte, NC 28269Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMPay rate: $19-$21/hrResponsibilities:Records & Data ManagementCoordinate and organize company records and knowledge materialsMaintain standardized filing and retrieval systemsEnsure accurate documentation and compliance with internal processesAccounts Receivable & Financial SupportProvide Accounts Receivable supportExecute credit memos, invoice cancellations, and cost transfersAssist with data management and reportingProcurement & Operational SupportCreate and process purchase ordersManage parts orderingSupport job management activitiesWarranty AdministrationProcess warranty registrationsSupport warranty cost recovery and claimsRequirements:High school diplomaStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesStrong time management skillsAbility to follow Standard Work Instructions and established processesNice to have:Experience in HVAC or a service-based organizationKnowledge of Salesforce.comKnowledge of SAP S4-HanaBachelor's degree with 1+ year of relevant experience OR Associate/BA degree with 3+ years of shared service administrative support experienceBenefits that Russell Tobin offers:Russell Tobin offers eligible employees comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance, and hospital indemnity), a 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, identity theft protection, legal support, auto and home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with some preferred vendors.
