Senior SAP SD/GTS Solution Architect Global Trade & Order to Cash

Key Responsibilities:Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.Design cross-functional solutions to address complex business needs and evaluate new technologies as needed.Configure software applications and/or perform necessary coding. Prepare and execute various testing phases (unit, integration, performance, and acceptance), and manage data conversions using standard tools and methodologies.Lead multiple project implementations, manage a team of GTS consultants, provide technical guidance, assign workloads, and monitor project budgets versus actual spend.Oversee intake of new business requirements, conduct assessments, provide high-level designs, and perform project sizing and estimation.Functional Knowledge:Demonstrates in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in core discipline (SAP SD/GTS).Possesses working knowledge of related areas.Business Expertise:Applies best practices and understands how their area integrates with related functions.Problem Solving:Resolves complex issues by applying creative solutions.Uses sound judgment based on analysis from multiple data sources.Interpersonal Skills:Communicates complex or sensitive information clearly.Fosters collaboration and builds consensus among stakeholders.Education and Experience Must Haves:10 15 years of hands-on SAP configuration experience in Sales and Distribution (SD) and Global Trade Services (GTS) , including at least 2 3 full lifecycle implementations .Proven project management experience across multiple projects, including team management and budget tracking.Strong experience in managing the intake of new requirements, assessments, high-level solution design, and effort estimation.Expertise in SAP GTS Compliance Management (Sanctioned Party Lists, Embargo, Legal Control) and Customs Management , along with deep integration experience with SAP ERP.Solid understanding of GTS customs declaration documents and associated forms, including commercial invoices.Hands-on experience with U.S. AES (Automated Export System) filings via GTS and Broker Interface.Strong configuration and enhancement experience in SAP SD Billing, Pricing , and Billing Copy Control within SAP ECC.Full knowledge of Order to Cash (O2C) processes: sales order configuration, pricing, delivery processing, and warehouse management.Experience with change promotion to production, including testing methodologies and documentation.Proficient in writing and executing test plans.Strong analytical and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and work independently.Excellent verbal and written communication in English.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, self-starting attitude.
