Front Desk Agent

```Duties:``` - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy of information - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Assist guests with special requests or accommodations - Handle guest complaints or issues with patience and professionalism - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction ```Qualifications:``` - Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically - Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for reservations and guest management - Bilingual skills (if applicable) to effectively communicate with diverse guests - Knowledge of night audit procedures (if applicable) - Familiarity with hotel operations and guest services Please note that only qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.
