Psychiatry physician employment in Texas : Outpatient Psychiatrist ' Flexible Schedule | Innovative Practice | Competitive Pay Join our prestigious, physician-owned outpatient psychiatry practice ' a leader in the field for over 8 years, led by a triple board-certified psychiatrist and pain physician.Find out more about the daily tasks, overall responsibilities, and required experience for this opportunity by scrolling down now.We are seeking a compassionate, highly motivated Psychiatrist (BC/BE) to join our growing team and help shape the future of psychiatric care.This unique opportunity offers a blend of traditional outpatient psychiatry and innovative treatments including Ketamine therapy in a supportive, collaborative environment.Position Highlights : Flexible schedule: 10'40 hours/week (part-time or full-time) Outpatient medication management Optional telemedicine services Supervision of NPs/PAs (eligible for pay differential) Collaborative team with administrative and clinical support Focus on adults (ages 18'65) Requirements : MD/DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Psychiatry Minimum 1 year of post-training psychiatry experience Active medical license (Multi-state preferred: VA, MD, WV, TN, KY, AL, AZ, NV, TX, FL, OH, CO) IMLCC license preferred DEA license (multiple states preferred; IMLCC license a plus) Ability to supervise mid-level providers (optional) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Compensation & Benefits : Base salary: $200/hr (depending on experience) Productivity-based bonuses 401(k) retirement plan with match Health & dental insurance Paid time off Profit-sharing opportunities Signing bonus available No nights or on-call; flexible weekday schedule Why Join Us?
