Our commitment to operational excellence, and customer satisfaction drives everything we do. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to support our continued growth. Position Summary: The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring service quality, and driving efficiency within our repair & maintenance division. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage both people and processes in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role, and not for an individual looking to do the minimum. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee day-to-day operations within our repair and maintenance division. Lead, train, and support Facility Coordinators Ensure compliance with company standards, and client expectations Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs Monitor performance metrics, KPIs, and service delivery outcomes Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact Review proposals to ensure they’re competitive, and accurate Lead weekly client reporting and touch base calls Track and manage margin performance Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities internally and for our clients Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation across sites Collaborate with leadership on forecasting, and growth initiatives Participate in manager on-call rotation Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred 7+ years of experience in facilities management/maintenance 4+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in facility maintenance, property management, or a related industry Proven leadership experience managing and leading a team.
