Senior Program ManagerClient is looking for a Senior Program Manager that has a deep passion leading programs in DevSecOps, Cloud, and Cyber within the National Security business unit specifically supporting the Intel account. Our National Security business unit is responsible for enabling transformative improvements and IT modernization for our client's mission critical solutions.MUST HAVES:Active TS/SCI with CI poly preferred or active TS/SCI clearance with ability to pass a CI polyAt a minimum, a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management or Engineering, or other comparable degree or experience.Minimum of ten (10) years of delivery leadership of complex federal programsAt least two (2) years specialized experience in leading IT DevSecOps projects managing large Agile teams.Experience supporting the Intelligence CommunityExperience delivering a full range of IT support services, including development and modernization using Human-Centered Design (HCD), Agile, and DevSecOps; and operations and maintenance for mission applications (on-premises and cloud environments)Established and provided clear communication to executive leadership to include reporting, forecasting, strategic roadmaps, risk assessments, and stakeholder expectation managementExperience monitoring and managing the financials and staffing of large IT programsStrong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team buildingStrong written and oral communication skillsDemonstrated ability to determine and implement improvements for program to achieve quality, and customer excellence.NICE TO HAVE:SAFe certified and/or Scrum CertifiedPMP certifiedMaster's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant field
