Responsibilities *What You'll Do** *Lead Regional Growth:* Use your expertise and motivation to find new clients and establish our presence in Southern Utah. * *Project Management:* Oversee a diverse portfolio including private and public land surveying, complex construction layouts, and ALTA/NSPS surveys.* *Technical Execution:* Utilize *Trimble field equipment* and *Civil 3D* to deliver precise, high-quality results.* *Business Building:* Collaborate directly with the founder to scale operations and manage regional profitability. Qualifications *What We're Looking For** *Licensure:* Active Utah Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) License is required. * *Experience:* 10+ years in surveying, with a strong background in both office and field. Experience surveying in both public and private sectors.* *Skills:* Proficiency in *Civil 3D* and hands-on experience with *Trimble* gear (GPS, Total Stations, etc.).* *Mindset:* You are a self-starter who is motivated by the prospect of building something from the ground up while having a safety net of a 10-year established firm.
