Optomi, in partnership with a leading telecommunications company, is looking for a One Call Specialist I. Position Summary: The One Call Specialist I is responsible for screening One Call Center Locate Ticket requests to analyze the location of the dig site using a software application in relation to the company's underground fiber optics network. The specialist ensures the protection of company fiber and prevents costly restoration due to fiber cuts or damage by confirming that dig sites are clear.
