Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Primary Therapist located in West Windsor, NJ, with flexibility for some remote work. The Primary Therapist will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, providing individual and group therapy, and ensuring effective case management. The role involves working closely with clients facing challenges such as trauma, addiction, dual diagnosis, and other mental health concerns, while maintaining an approach grounded in empathy, professionalism, and compassion. Qualifications Proficiency in Treatment Planning and creating tailored therapy plans for clientsExperience in Social Work, including client advocacy and supportFamiliarity with working in cases of Chemical Dependency and substance abuseKnowledge of Case Management practices to coordinate care and connect clients with resourcesUnderstanding of Dual Diagnosis including the interplay of mental health and substance use disordersMaster's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health fieldRelevant licensure or certification in therapy or social work (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT)Strong interpersonal communication and active listening skillsExperience with trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic approachesAbility to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamWillingness to work in a hybrid environment with both in-office and remote responsibilities
