Field Service Technician

Talisman Advisory Partners has partnered with a fast-growing technology company in their search for a hands-on, field-intensive Field Service Technician to support the testing, assembly, and deployment of advanced ruggedized outdoor systems.What You Will Be DoingSupporting the assembly, installation, commissioning, and field testing of complex electromechanical systems in outdoor environments.Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in the field and implementing practical solutions quickly and effectively.Handling physical system components including lifting, disassembly, and reassembly of heavy equipment.Operating within high-power electrical environments safely and in accordance with applicable safety standards.What We Are Looking ForProven hands-on experience with electromechanical or hydraulic systems in a field or industrial setting.Physically capable and comfortable with demanding outdoor work environments: lifting, rigging, and hands-on equipment handling are a regular part of this role.Strong troubleshooting instincts and an ability to diagnose problems quickly and implement practical solutions independently.Experience operating across multiple disciplines: mechanical assembly, basic electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.Authorization to work in the United States.
