We are currently looking for an experienced Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our team of exceptional employees.

Job Overview:
This Marketing and Communications Coordinator will play a crucial role in driving the company’s B2B marketing efforts through content creation, campaign coordination, website management, and more. You will be responsible for creating high-quality promotional materials, managing trade shows, and supporting sales efforts while maintaining the company’s brand voice across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong design , communication skills, and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a high level of attention to detail.
Responsibilities :
Digital Marketing Support: Support SEO, SEM, and email marketing campaigns, ensure website optimization and contribute to website updates.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on trends and competitors to guide strategy and provide insights.
Sales Support & Event Coordination: Create marketing materials for sales and manage trade show logistics, ensuring timely follow-up.
Collaboration & Project Management: Work with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, track progress, and report on marketing activities.
Content Creation & Management: Develop and manage content across web, social, email, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency. Collaborate on product photoshoots and manage digital assets.
Campaign Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing digital and traditional campaigns, track performance, and optimize for better results.
Social Media: Lead us to begin managing , scheduling, posting, and engagement across platforms. Monitor trends and enhance engagement.
Communications: Draft and distribute press releases, newsletters, and maintain internal communication channels. Coordinate with PR agencies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
2-4 years of proven experience in marketing, communications, or graphic design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, SEO, SEM, and social media management.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience in event planning and trade show coordination is a plus.
Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and advertising.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A keen eye for design and attention to detail.
Ability to be a self starter working independently at times.
Ability to work with a team.
