We're seeking enthusiastic Deckhands to join our team at BEYONDER Camp Sterett Creek! As a key member of our marina operations, you'll play a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction and safety on the water. Responsibilities: Assist boaters with docking, launching, and retrieving boats. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the marina docks and surrounding areas. Inspect boats for damage and report any issues to management. Provide exceptional customer service to boaters and campers. Maintain a working knowledge of boating safety regulations and procedures. Qualifications: Enjoy working outdoors and on the water. Strong customer service skills. Ability to lift heavy objects. Basic boating knowledge preferred, but not required.
