This is a leadership role for a self-motivated engineer with strong project management instincts and a genuine interest in working across disciplines. The successful candidate will manage local projects as well as collaborate with teams across the firm's national office network. Engineers from civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or fire protection backgrounds are all encouraged to apply.ResponsibilitiesLead project management and delivery across commercial, healthcare, educational, industrial, utility, or energy projectsManage multidiscipline engineering teams through all phases of design and constructionDevelop proposals, execution plans, and technical engineering reportsServe as primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders throughout project lifecycleOversee project schedules, budgets, and quality controlReview project drawings including plans, sections, and bills of materialsSupport business development efforts and client relationship managementProvide peer review of engineering designs as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related sciencesMinimum 7 years of relevant experience in engineering project or construction managementExperience leading multidiscipline engineering teamsStrong written and verbal communication skillsPMP or PgMP certification preferredExperience with permitting management and total installed cost development a plusBusiness development experience a plusIf you meet the above qualifications and are interested in learning more, please apply and a member of our team will be in touch shortly.
