Electronics SupervisorWe are seeking an experienced Electronics Supervisor to lead the electrical operations of a high-volume rod mill. This role is responsible for overseeing the electrical department, troubleshooting complex industrial systems, and ensuring reliable equipment performance to support safe, efficient steel production.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise the electrical team and oversee day-to-day electrical operations within the rod millTroubleshoot and resolve issues involving PLCs, drives, motors, sensors, and other industrial electrical equipmentMonitor electrical systems impacting production and product quality while minimizing downtimeProvide leadership, training, and coaching to electrical technicians and apprenticesSupport safety programs, enforce work rules, and ensure compliance with plant proceduresCollaborate with maintenance and production leadership to address operational issues and improve reliabilityQualifications5+ years of heavy industrial electrical or electronics experience2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in an industrial environmentStrong knowledge of AC/DC systems, motor controls, PLCs, drives, and industrial automation
