Job Description and Responsibilities This is a full-time, on-site role as a Speech and Language Pathologist serving a school located in Avon, IN. The Speech and Language Pathologist will be responsible for providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with communication disorders. The role also includes participating in IEP meetings, writing reports, case management duties, supervising SLPAs and monitoring students' progress. Preschool 1 building Full time 2/1/26-5/15/26 open to a new grad or a SLP-CF Manageable caseload sizes Assessments, IEP meetings, & IEP services. Strong team and collaborative approach Zoom interview Dual support from the District and TheraPeds Competitive Pay Guaranteed Hours Qualifications Master's or PhD degree from a Speech-Language Pathology program State Licensure as a SLP National License: ASHA Licensing with the State Department of Education, where required CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred CF-SLP placement is available 2+ years of experience Experience working with children required Experience in a school setting preferred Organizational and time management skills Proficient in use of technology Fingerprint background clearance Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents with a demonstrated ability to exercise a high level of tact and discretion in both internal and external communications Benefits (eligibility dependent on employment status) Resources for health benefit enrollment and hourly rates which includes a stipend for health benefits and taxes.
