Job Description:The RoleWe are looking for an experienced baker to anchor our baking program and help guide its growth. This is a hands-on production role with creative ownership. You will lead a small team that produces naturally leavened breads, laminated pastries, as well as cookies, muffins, scones, and other products. The ideal candidate brings deep technical skill, strong organizational instincts, and a genuine passion for working with local, seasonal ingredients.
