Service AdminWe are looking for a friendly and detail-focused individual to join our team at Bish RV as a Service Admin. This role involves delivering excellent customer support, following up with customers, data entry, coordinating deliveries, and handling administrative tasks.Key ObjectivesEnsure smooth administrative operations across service and sales teamsProvide timely, professional communication to customersCoordinate vehicle deliveries and maintain up-to-date recordsResponsibilitiesDeliver outstanding customer service through phone and in-person updatesTranslate and input technician notes into our Service databaseOrganize physical files and upload photos and documents to our systemCollect, review, and organize required documents for each transactionCoordinate delivery logistics and ensure trailer readinessOperate multi-line phones and manage incoming and outgoing calls professionallyUse systems like DealerTrack, eVision, and Excel Teams to manage documentationWhat You'll BringExcellent verbal and written communication skillsConfidence in using multiple phone linesAbility to work independently and within a teamStrong computer and data entry skillsAdaptability in a fast-paced environmentProfessional, neat appearance and positive attitudeMust be available to work Saturdays (we are always closed on Sundays)Ability to pass a background and drug testDemonstrate alignment with the Company's vision, mission, and core values in all interactionsExpected ResultsAccurate and timely data entry and technician documentationOrganized service records and customer documentationPositive customer interactions and improved communication flowStrong internal collaboration across departmentsResourcesComprehensive training on service systems, dealership processes, and complianceAccess to internal platforms and tools (Service database, Microsoft Office)Ongoing mentorship and support from team members and leadershipA professional, well-equipped workspace with necessary technologyA supportive environment and ongoing professional developmentWho We AreBish's RV is one of the largest family-owned RV dealers in the country.
