Brand ManagerLocation: Ewing Twp, NJType: ContractCompensation: $51 - $54 per hourContractor Work Model: Hybrid onsite and remoteHours: M-F 8:30 AM - 4:30 PMOverview: The Brand Manager will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to drive brand growth and product success. This role involves overseeing new product initiatives from conception through launch, conducting in-depth category and consumer analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in consumer packaged goods, OTC, or cosmetics, with a strong focus on category analysis, marketing research, and innovation.Responsibilities:Lead new product innovation projects, including developing strategies, conducting analyses, and validating opportunities to achieve growth targets.Manage day-to-day operations of DTC Test & Learn initiatives.Identify, assess, and champion new growth opportunities through consumer validation, R&D validation, operations, and financial analysis.Leverage industry tools such as Numerator, Nielsen, and IRI data for category analysis and forecasting.Initiate consumer research to define unmet needs and white space opportunities.Align innovation opportunities with brand strategy and sales goals.Lead cross-functional teams in new product initiatives.Collaborate with the International Marketing team to drive global synergies as appropriate.Requirements:BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred.5-8 years of experience in Marketing/NPD within CPG, OTC, or Cosmetics sectors.Experience in innovation, new product development, launches, and brand repositioning.Background in category analysis, digital marketing & analytics, P&L analysis, and forecasting.Familiarity with industry tools including Numerator, Nielsen, and IRI data.Knowledge of consumer marketing research tools and techniques.
