We develop integrated hardware and software systems that combine real-time dosimetry, wireless communications, RTLS, visual positioning (VPS), and advanced video management into one reliable platform.After a successful pilot, we are now scaling rapidly to support a major nuclear refurbishment program involving 2,000+ devices. We’re hiring our first Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead to take significant ownership of core product development (currently led by our CTO and Co-Founder) with a clear path to Software Engineering Director as the team grows.What You Will DoYou will own substantial portions of our multi-service platform and field client — not a single app, but a set of interconnected services that must perform reliably in demanding nuclear and industrial settings.Own and evolve the core Aurum platform: ASP.NET Core web apps, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, JWT/session auth, SignalR real-time features, Quartz scheduling, and YARP reverse proxying.Maintain and harden our Node.js services, including the streaming/communications server (WebSockets, TLS, media relay with FFmpeg, optional SIP/Asterisk) and ONVIF VMS service (camera discovery, RTSP over WebSockets, security alignment).Extend our Python-based VPS and localization pipelines that work alongside Node.js and .NET services.Develop and support the Midas Android client (Kotlin) — including WebSocket comms, background services, VPS integration, voice/NLU features, and rugged device deployment.Integrate field data from cameras, trackers, dosimetry systems, and live mapping while reconciling multiple positioning sources.Drive architecture improvements for scalability, observability, cleaner service boundaries, and reliable Windows Server deployments.Collaborate closely with QA, calibration, and operations teams to ensure releases perform in real nuclear/industrial environments.Maintain high standards in Git (branching, reviews, merge discipline) and support production troubleshooting.What We’re Looking ForMust-Haves5+ years shipping production full-stack or platform software with real ownership of APIs, persistence layers, and operations.Strong C# / ASP.NET Core experience (or deep equivalent in a similar stack with fast learning ability).Solid JavaScript/TypeScript + Node.js for real-time services (REST + WebSockets).Practical PostgreSQL experience (schema design, queries, migrations, performance).Strong RESTful API design and integration skills across services.Comfortable with Windows Server deployments, PowerShell scripting, log analysis, and production issue resolution.Excellent communication skills and a strong bias toward ownership — you turn ambiguous requirements into working, well-documented solutions.Solid Git workflow experience, including reviewing and approving others’ contributions.Strong PlusesKotlin + modern Android development (Hilt, services, background work, Play Services).IP video experience (ONVIF, RTSP, VMS/NVR systems).Real-time media: FFmpeg, WebSockets, streaming relays, or WebRTC.Python for data pipelines, geometry, or ML workflows.Experience with YARP, Quartz, TensorFlow Lite, on-device speech (e.g. Vosk), or edge ML.Background in IoT, wearables, scientific instrumentation, regulated industries, or high-availability systems.Why Join UsYour work directly impacts radiation safety and critical operations in nuclear and industrial settings — this is meaningful infrastructure technology.High ownership and visibility: Good ideas reach production quickly with direct access to leadership.Small, fast-moving team using modern tools (including AI coding assistants) while maintaining rigorous quality standards.Remote-first with high trust — and equally high expectations for delivery and follow-through.Competitive compensation with strong growth potential as we scale.How to ApplyEmail your resume, GitHub (or portfolio), and a short note to with the subject line “Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead”.In your note, tell us about the most complex multi-service or Android + backend system you’ve owned and delivered.
