We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our team. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and comfort working both physically in a warehouse environment and on a computer.You will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing inventory, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting operational efficiency by staging materials for both customer orders and field technicians.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and document incoming shipments Accurately store inventory in designated warehouse locations Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders Stage equipment and materials for technicians and customer deliveries Identify and resolve discrepancies related to shipping, receiving, or inventory Maintain accurate records using internal systems and spreadsheets Communicate via email and ticketing systems regarding orders and logistics Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the day Ability to lift and move items up to 75 lbs Frequent bending, twisting, and reaching Ability to safely use ladders when needed Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a warehouse environment QualificationsStrong attention to detail Valid driver’s license Clean background Reliable with consistent attendance and punctuality Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Comfortable using computers (email, spreadsheets, and order systems) Ability to pass a drug screening Preferred Qualifications:Forklift experience is a plusScheduleMonday to Friday Day shift 8-hour shifts Benefits401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off
