Role Overview
We’re looking for driven sales focussed Account Executives who want to earn based on performance, not capped salary. This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential and the opportunity to grow into leadership positions as the company scales.
If you’re someone who can talk to people, build relationships, and close deals, this role can turn into a serious income stream.
What You’ll Be Doing
Prospecting and reaching out to potential clients (businesses, property owners, investors)
Building and maintaining relationships
Pitching Plumb Pillar’s services
Closing deals and generating revenueManaging your own pipeline and follow-upsCollaborating with the team to fulfill and scale deals
Compensation
100% Commission-Based (No Base Salary)

What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and people skills
Self-starter with a high level of motivation
Comfortable with sales, outreach, and rejection
Previous sales experience is a plus (not required)
