We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and organized individual. With a proven track record of taking and following directions. Should possess solid leadership skills and be a dedicated team player, with integrity, honesty, and loyalty. The ideal candidate must have the following skills, experience, and characteristics to be successful: Two years medical billing/practice management experience Ability to read, understand and interpret health plan’s EOB Ability to review patient ledgers and take necessary steps to resolve the debt Minimum of 50 w.p.m. typing and ten key by touch Good computer skills with the ability to navigate insurance carrier websites Knowledge of CPT and ICD10 standards Attention to detail with an ability to see the big picture is a must The ability to thrive in a hands-on fast paced environmentCompany DescriptionPhyCon Inc., was established in 1986 as a national provider of billing, coding, consulting and practice management services to emergency medicine physician groups, hospitals, and healthcare facilities.
