The ideal candidate brings experience recruiting inside sales professionals within insurance, warranties, direct-to-consumer sales, or other performance-based environments.Experience recruiting licensed or licensing-track sales agents is strongly preferred.The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while delivering a strong candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.What We’re Looking ForDirect experience recruiting for high-volume, inside sales roles in a Direct-To-Consumer model (Life insurance, P&C, warranties, or similar preferred)Experience recruiting licensed and non-licensed sales agents preferredProven ability to manage multiple requisitions and high candidate volume simultaneouslyStrong ability to assess candidate communication skills, coachability, and sales readinessExperience working in a metrics-driven recruiting environmentAbility to move quickly while maintaining candidate quality standardsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple systemsComfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentAbility to manage recruiting pipelines with urgency, consistency, and strong follow-throughQualifications & SkillsMinimum of 3 years’ experience recruiting for high-volume, performance-based inside sales organizationsDirect recruiting experience within insurance, warranties, or other high-volume sales environments preferredStrong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (UKG preferred), Microsoft Outlook, and CalendlyDemonstrated ability to work independently, meet hiring targets, and manage shifting prioritiesClear, professional communicator with strong interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation habitsComfort with fast-paced environments and a proactive, problem-solving mindsetCommitment to delivering a positive candidate experienceExperience with onboarding coordination, interview logistics, and cross-functional communication is a plusSkillsFull-Cycle Recruiting: Skilled in managing high-volume hiring from sourcing to offer and onboarding.Sales Recruiting: Experience recruiting inside sales professionals in performance-driven or direct-to-consumer environments.Systems Proficiency: Experienced with applicant tracking systems (UKG preferred), Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Calendly, and internal documentation tools.Candidate Engagement: Strong communication and rapport-building skills across phone, email, and virtual platforms.Candidate Evaluation: Ability to assess communication skills, coachability, motivation, and sales readiness through structured interviews.Interview Coordination: Able to manage complex interview schedules, confirmations, and follow-ups with accuracy and professionalism.Offer & Onboarding Execution: Comfortable preparing and extending offers, managing background check workflows, and tracking onboarding progress.Documentation & Accuracy: Diligent in maintaining up-to-date records in UKG and across trackers (BDR sheet, onboarding docs, etc.).Event Facilitation: Confident hosting info sessions, new hire check-ins, and culture-based touchpoints like Coffee & Tea Breaks.Time Management: Capable of balancing multiple open roles, meetings, and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.Problem Solving: Proactive in resolving scheduling conflicts, candidate issues, or onboarding delays.Team Collaboration: Works cross-functionally with TAC, HR, hiring managers, Licensing, and other TA partners to ensure a seamless hiring process.Data Awareness: Able to spot trends, contribute insights, and participate in TA strategy discussions and recruiting process improvements.Compensation & BenefitsWe believe in taking care of our employees and their families.
