GENERAL MANAGER OPERATIONS and GROWTH We are seeking a General Manager / Operations to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations and be an integral part of our expansion. Key responsibilities and accountabilities: Maintain schedule and staffing. First point of contact for employees in Slack. Prepare each team during the daily huddle. Oversee truck maintenance making sure all vehicles are serviced and maintained. Implement new and on-going training programs necessary for Hauling and Hoarding. Stay informed as to relevant skill and qualifications levels required by staff for effective performance, and circulate requirements and relevant information to the organization as appropriate. Manage relevant reporting of management and financial information for the sales and marketing departments to monitor. Answering emails, inbound calls and completing client call backs to book jobs. Manage and improve operational practices.
